Marina Health of California

Marina Health of California was developed to provide a safe space for individuals seeking collaborative support in managing health stressors and adjusting to life transitions. My work focuses on the bio-psycho-social model of care to best address transitions and stressors experienced in managing chronic illness. I provide individual therapy and bariatric pre-surgical evaluations. I am also passionate about creating a safe space for medical professionals to learn how to best engage with and motivate their patients in care, and am interested in participating in professional consultation, webinars, and podcasts.
